3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Supply necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.)

• Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes

• Not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content

• Ensure their use of the website complies with all applicable laws

4. Payments & Billing

Our pricing includes:

• One-time setup fee for website creation

• Monthly recurring fee for hosting, support, and ongoing services

Payments are billed automatically unless cancelled.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available at https://sytepilot.co.uk/refund-policy and forms part of these Terms.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• SytePilot retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, code, or internal tools used to create or manage your site.

• You own the content you provide (logo, text, images).

• Once the setup fee is paid, the design and structure created for you is licensed for your use, contingent on active subscription payments.

• If monthly payments stop, hosting and services may be paused or cancelled.

7. Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments fail

• The client uses the site for illegal or harmful purposes

• Terms are violated

Clients may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools (analytics, CRM, email services, automation) to deliver our services.
We do not disclose internal platform names unless legally required.

9. Limitation of Liability

SytePilot is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue

• Business interruptions

• Technical issues caused by third-party tools

• User mistakes or content uploads

Our services are provided “as is.”

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
