1. One-Time Setup Fee

The setup fee covers:

  • Custom website build

  • Integrations

  • Automations

  • Branding and layout development

  • Launch and configuration

This fee is non-refundable once work has started, as time and resources are immediately invested into your project.

If you request a cancellation before work begins, you may receive a full refund.


2. Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly payments cover:

  • Hosting

  • Maintenance

  • Ongoing support

  • Platform tools

  • Updates and feature usage

Refunds for monthly payments:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • You may cancel anytime, and services will continue until the end of the paid period.

  • No future payments will be charged after cancellation.


3. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in billing, contact us within 7 days and we will review it promptly.


4. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us.
After cancellation:

  • Your site and associated services may be paused or removed.

  • You may request an export of content (text, images, etc.).

  • Proprietary tools, automations, and system features are not transferable.
